Shipping & Returns

Parcels are sent out at least 3 times a week, we aim to have your item dispatched the next working day. If it is particularly urgent, don’t hesitate to contact us via email and we’ll try our best to get it out to you straight away.

All parcels are sent via the Royal Mail. First Class parcels should be with you by the next working day, but please give up to 10 days for delivery in the UK. For Europe and the Rest of World parcels, the official dispatch & receipt time is 14-21 days, but it usually arrives before then.

A certificate of postage is always obtained. For postage within the UK, if the item has a value over £20 it will be sent Recorded Signed For Delivery for extra security.
As proof of postage is always obtained, if your item gets lost, we will provide all information and postal claim forms needed for you to put in a claim to the Royal Mail. We do not file claims. It is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim. We rarely hear of an item arriving damaged, but if so, please send a photo of the photo product to so that the problem can be resolved.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country. Airmail is the usual method for sending parcels overseas, but on occasion, Surface Mail will be used.

All items listed on the website are described as well as possible. Please read descriptions as well as looking at the pictures. All sizes/measurements in the item description are approximate, however, they are rather accurate, within a couple of millimetres at most.

If you wish to return an item please follow these instructions –
You must inform us by email within 4 days of your item’s arrival that you wish to return it. If you make contact after 4 days from delivery, you will be offered an exchange only. The item must be in its original packaging and it must be posted back to us using the same method it was dispatched. For example, if your item was sent recorded delivery, it must be sent back recorded.

Crafts By Steve is not responsible for the postage when returning the item, it is your duty to pay the return costs. If returning an item, you will not receive the postage cost back, just the value of the item.
If returning the item by standard first/second class mail, make sure you get proof of postage!

Finally, the returning item must be back with Crafts By Steve, within 7 days from you contacting us about the return.
